Two candidates, four residences

Gov. Kate Brown and Rep. Knute Buehler both have two residences. Brown is registered to vote in the county in which the governor's mansion is located. Buehler is registered in Deschutes County where he and his wife own a home.

The Oregon Secretary of State's Office ultimately dismissed the complaint. Buehler does have an apartment in Tualatin, but he also has his main residence in Bend and is registered to vote in Deschutes County.

Buehler isn't the only candidate with two homes.

Brown and her husband, Dan Little, are no longer registered to vote in Multnomah County. Their voter registrations are with Marion County, according to that county's elections office. That's also the county where Brown lists her address in her candidate filing for the general election Nov. 6.
