O r e g o n R e p . B i l l P o s t, R-Keizer voted for himself this season — for a position on the state’s Supreme Court.

Post, an active Twitter user, tweeted a photo of that section of his ballot Oct. 30.

He qualified the vote in subsequent tweets, noting that he wasn’t a lawyer — the only bench he’d sat on was in high school football, he joked — but wanted to give Oregonians another option.

Snapping and sharing a photo of your ballot is legal in Oregon.

Incumbent Lynn Nakamoto ran unopposed and maintained her seat handily, with 97 percent of the vote, according to preliminary returns.
