5th Congressional District: Bend bounced between three congressional districts over the course of a week of debate on the maps. The city is currently in the 2nd Congressional District represented by U.S.. Rep. Cliff Bentz, R-Ontario. Political “Twister,” it was first put in redesigned 3rd Congressional District of Rep. Earl Blumenauer, D-Portland.
